No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
Equipment
- 1 large bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 Mixer
- 1 9" springform pan
- 1 1 ziplock bag **Please use a food processor for smoother and easier process
Ingredients
- 8 oz Whipped Cream **Cool Whip Whipped Cream Brand
- 1 package Double Stuffed Oreos (Party Pack Size)
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 2 8 0z Philadelphia Cream Cheese Bars
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar **Add more powdered sugar if necessary
Instructions
- Add 30 of the Oreo cookies to a ziplock bag and crunch into small crumbles. (Use a food processor for a more consistent consistency.)
- Add Oreo cookie crumbles to a large bowl and add in melted butter. Stir until evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.
- Add mixture to the springform pan and press it down evenly on the pan.
- Put pan in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
- Clean the bowl. Add the cream cheese bars, and whipped cream and mix with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until evenly mixed.
- Add powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and mix for 1-2 minutes. Taste to determine if you should add more powdered sugar.
- In the ziplock bag break up 14 Oreos into medium sized pieces.
- Fold Oreo cookies in to Cheesecake mixture. Do not over mix.
- Add cheesecake mixture to the springform pan. Decorate with leftover Oreos.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
